Sorry guys I still cant vote for the Wd45 being the best tractor.Using some of your statements the 57 chevy wouldnt be the best car(another ww3 fight)it would be the beetle.It was cheap sold a bushel full and tons are left,so I guess you would vote it the best.Not me, I still say the little tires on the wd45 beat you to death,only four gears ahead,and this is not a boxing match(claims of pound for pound)run the little thing in the class it was made for and A.C wanted it to run in.And one more thing if you were to wake up after a nap and the lawn was orange your money orange you would get sick in a hurry,guess god must like green too:}So here is my partial vote for Oliver i say this because I grew up on them and they fit me just right.But Im sorry i will have to back the I.H M in this because of price,and lasting picture of quality workmanship everywhere I go I see a M or someone who knows what it is, Oliver tended to price itself out of the market at times(at least they came with fenders)and I think that hurt the overall sales for them.Farmers being cheap $200-$400 was alot of money at the time and helped the I.H and J.D look good.
