Farmall H Front Wheels and restoration

I have a 1951 H that I bought from a guy who took it in on trade for a Ford N series tractor. I got it home and pulled it off the trailer it wouldn't start at all. The long and short of it was that the starter was stuck and now runs good. I want to restore the ol' gal but don't really know where to start and what to do first. It is really oily but then what tractor isn't after 52 years? I noticed that the front tires wobbled very bad when I had it in the road gear. Is this normal and if not how do I fix it. It doesn't do it in the lower gears. It also needs new brakes how hard is that to do and where do I get them from? It also smokes white smoke out the exaust pipe when it is running I think it quits after while or at least it is less than when it is first started. Does this mean that I need new rings? I am vey new at restoring tractors but I have a big heart for these old machines. Any tips or tricks that you know or people that you know of that could help me out I'd sure appreciate it, Thanks Jared Owen.
