venison sausage

O.T.I think C.R.S. has kicked in, can't remember how much pork i mixed with deer meat to make sausage. Want to make about 20 pounds. Already looked every place i could think of.Don't want to get in trouble with Kim, but with the people on here so knowledgeable, thought i could find some one who could help me out.
