I had the same problem when I put an IH loader on my 684. You have to plug a port in the end cap that you put the hose on before the power beyond will work. If you go to the CIH dealer he can look it up and there will be two different endcaps for that tractor, one for the power beyond feature and one for standard.

I ordered the power beyond endcap and all they did was put a flush mount plug in the one hole to make the oil build pressure to the loader. I could have spent 50 cents for a hex flush plug and threaded the hole, but instead the dealer sold me a $50 endcap to replace mine that had the plug already installed. What a deal ?!?!

So to make the loader work you will need to take the end cap off the hydraulic bank where your hose is now, and thread and plug the correct hole in the end cap and it will work great. It is a real fun job in a really tight place to work. While you are there replace all the O-rings in the remote banks, they get dry and leak after a while.

Also if your loader controls go off with the loader you will need to loop the hoses on the tractor so that the oil can continue to flow with the loader off. My controls stay with the tractor when the loader is removed so this is not an issue.

Good luck and the loaders work great off of those power beyond ports.
