I think the price sounds pretty steep on both, although I don't know your market on tractors, or the relative exchange rate. In Canadian funds, those would be very high prices for pumped out open station tractors. At 12500 hours, what else was done to that tractor? An engine, PTO? What about the brakes, hydraulic pumps and lift, the transmission (clutch... synchros, bearings)? Has the dual power been done (if it has dual power)? You've got to consider that the design life of those tractors was 10000 hours.... and this one has an engine with 15 more HP than the original if it hasn't been turned up, and lots of 7710's were turned up.... I think if I was reasonably satisfied that the 6700 would not turn into a money pit, I would dicker on the price more. I don't think I'd be afraid to walk at that price though, unless there's been a major amount of rebuilding done, and is in known good operating order. HTH. Rod
