I am told by a diesel mechanic that my problem with my 801 Diesel is the restrictor in pump. It is some part on fuel pump related with the return fuel line. Mechanic would not give any advice on how to fix. Any one know what I am talking about and how to replace this. Was told it only takes about five minutes to fix. I have no idea where to start. Problem: Tractor cranks runs about five minutes and slowly dies. Cranks righ back up. I have been through the tank, gas cap, fuel line, fuel filter and so on troubleshooting. None of them is the problem. Thanks in advance for help.
