Recommend a tractor for me (first time buyer)

I just found this forum last week, and it's great! Hope someone can help me. I bought 34 acres last year, and need a tractor to do various tasks around the property. A neighbor helped us cut in a driveway with his old IH Farmall, but he has sinced moved away and we had a massive rain which pretty much washed portions of it out. Here's basically what I will need it for: Smoothing the driveway out, moving dirt and installing culverts. I am sure the wife will also want some of the property cleared for a garden. I figure I will need a wide blade like the neighbor's had, and I wouldn't mind having a loader. I've tried to learn a little bit about the various models by lurking here, reading classifieds, etc. Here are my requirements; Gas engine so I can work on it (I'm a decent wrench, but diesels are a mystery to me). Wide variety of implements available, as I am sure new uses will crop up down the road. Availability of replacement/restoration parts (sooner or later, I will want to make it look/run like new again). Are there any makes/models I should avoid, and why? Anything in particular I should look for or look out for? The Ford 8N and 9N seem to be popular, and I am kind of leaning in that direction. Yes, I know I am looking at a 50 + year old piece of equipment, and I'm not expecting anything beyond funtionality for now. But right now I know just enough to get myself in trouble. Any and all responses are greatly appreciated.
