I would get a large machine, I have a 44 farmall H and it works well for my 900' long driveway. You may want to hire a guy with a backhoe to dig a trench for putting in a culvert pipe. And when you decide on a model be sure that it fits in the garage or barn. I had to saw off 8" of the tailpipe on my H to get it through the door.
