related to the MCV, the plug that holds in the pressure regulator valve and spring into the MCV. One thing I did notice is that the 1206, and this nightmare06, have 2 different plugs. The one on the 1206 is a flush flat plug, while the one in the nightmare had about an 1/8" protrusion or extention in it. Could this possibly be causing the pressure regulator valve to not operate properly? I know I can hold the pressure back on the bleed screw, but before I swap just for s's and g's, I thought I would ask. I am also going to reasemble the brakes, which will have new springs, new pads, in spec plates, adjuster plate is about .400" thick, intermediate plate is .645" thick, and I beleive pads are .440" thick. The adjuster springs seem to be good. It seems like if there was no "insulator" on the piston, things would measure out alot more even. Guessing NOT having that bonded insulator is a bad idea huh?
