Why hasn't someone mentioned the video games? I have heard that crapola a few times.
When I was a child, I watched the cowboys kill indians, every kid played ARMY GUYS, every western had a shoot up with a gun for the entire show. Hey that was more violence per hr, because the comercials were shorter then.
We will have troubled children from now till our grandkids have gray hair.
Kids get kicked around at home, kids get kicked around at school, and someday they get backed into a corner, with no way out but to get even.
Lets talk about attatudes, the world is full of mean spirited people, and we are upset....that is the problem.
Anyone care to sum up many of the problems in society. Anyone ever see problem (mean folks) surfacing on a old tractor fourm? Check out many posts on this board, there are some who arn't always in their happy place when they post here.
I'm not so sure any of us understand life on the streets in the big city. Gangs are nothing more than some bullies that want to take over the neighborhood...hey this is kind of like high school fights .... bar room fights.....isn't it?
I have only been hurt once in my life in a fight....I slipped when I ran around the corner, and skinned my knee.
I was always the guy who stayed in the car, and protected the women when a fight broke out...the ladies seldom enjoyed their boyfriends fighting like idiots. I watched alot of fights, but I'm not sure I have ever seen a winner in the end.
Anyone else wonder if perhaps the grandparents living their golden years with the kids / grandkids just maybe helped shape the little ones minds in a positive way?
