why cant we hire workers who ARE legally here. They can go get a work visa. End of story.

There are millions of legal workers in the U.S. And yes, in states like Texas and Arizona, The number of illegals are a huge strain on the local governments.

Living in Texas, We all know that the hospitals are collasping under the weight of health care from illegals. The motor vehical insureance is outrageous becuase of non insured and non licenced drivers who run away at every accident. The construction business is almost exclusivly illegals and yes, our cost of housing is half of yours, but we pay in dearly in other areas.

You cant hardly find a white carpenter as he can make a living here. In San Antonio, the white people are the minority and have been for 15 years. Spanish only is 25 percent of the population. Go to the valley and spanish is better than 50% of the population. In brownville tx, the schools are the fastest growing enrollement in the nation and all students get a free lunch on the goverment tab. More than half of them are illegals and no one cares that the feds are paying for it.

up north the opposite is true.

So depending on where you live,, up north this is considered an racial slap.

In the border states its considered theft and armed robbery.

NO OTHER COUNTRY allows illegals to do what they do here. Not even mexico.

If you own land near the border, everything you own is stolen every night and your land is trashed. You have to lock up your family every night as the border crossers are no longer just workers looking for a better life, they are thugs and thieves and carry everything that is not tied down. Mc Allen tx had the highest car theft rate in the U.S. not to mention the world.
The border thieves carry knives, guns and even automatic weapons now. Before eveyone gets on their high horse, they need to walk a mile in someone elses shoes. Arizona citizens are fed up as are lot of texans. The interesting thing is that the mexican-americans dont see it as a crime and that the mexicans have a right to enter the U.S. and take what ever they need.

The government needs to make up its mind to ether inforce the laws or not. If not we will need to hire our own security forces if you live down here as the law is not working.

Last niht I dreamed about the day that I plowed the field of about 10 acres over on what Jimmy and Dandy called the Ledbetter field. I was driving the 1948 8N Ford tractor that Jimmy bought in 48 new This was prebably in about 1951 and maybe even befor the house was built. This would have made me to be about16 years old and I drove the tractor for nothing and would have paid to drive it if I had had any money which I didn't, but neit ... [Read Article]
