Case, Farmall, Ford and JD in that order here in my area of SE Tex. JD is going strong now because the finance is easier but the service and parts dept sux at both the dealers here. The same conglmorate yuppies bought both dealerships here. The best dealers we have here now are still Ford NH. Both are still family owned and will work with you to get in parts and supply info for nothing. Both Ford dealers here still delivery a new piece of equip for nothing and give a lesson on operations of everything from tractors to hay rakes and balers. Good luck with the local Massey, Case and JD dealers. They don't have anything but yuppie sales people and techs. No mechanics at all just part changing techs. They might would demonstrate a baler or rake if they knew how to run it but it would still be $150 to deliver and $70 per hour to operate it with a minimum of 2 hours.
