I"ve went through two house fires when I was a kid. Once was somewhere around first grade when it was a grease fire in the kitchen and the second was when I was in nineth grade. We didn"t loose much of anything in the first fire as it was pretty localized in the kitchen. The second one was a different story. It origionated somewhere upstairs but three investigators could never determine the point of origin. The main thing was it took my bedroom and everything in our attic. I lost pretty much everything I had ever owned from my GI Joe collection, my Hotwheels collection, my arrowhead collection, my national Geographic collection back into the twenties......In other words I know what it"s like to loose everything physical that means something to you. On the positive side though I always knew that no matter how bad I thought things were I was just glad that me and my family were all alive when it was over with....
