Massey 65 what's it worth

I am looking at massey ferguson 65. It is a diesel, 4 speed with hi and low range. The motor has been rebuilt in the last 5 to 8 years. there is a bucket that comes with it, but is not on it. The person is asking $5,000. It is in good shape. what do you think??
