Could be worth the money if it's sound and has good rubber - you don't have to make many repairs to eat up a thousand or so.
If the bucket hasn't been installed on this tractor, you may be looking as some$ to fit up the hydraulics - switch valve, other plumbing.
We had a loader on ours - 1962 year, and found the front spindles weak - broke 4 of them before we took it off.
The problem was fixed with heavier spindles on later models and 165's.
