Remove hose on inlet side of carb, when the motor
starts to die give it a little shot of starting fluid,if it picks up and
runs better,you have a fuel system problem. Has it been
converted from 6V to 12volt? If you are running 12v
make sure you have a 12v coil with built in resistor
or a resistor between the hot wire going to the coil
and the coil.
