4 wheeler help

I know it isn't a tractor but maybe some of you have experience with a Suzuki 4wheeler. Its a quadrunner 250 2wd. Not sure the age but it has over 6000 miles on the odometer. It has spark and seems to be in time with the compression stroke. When I put my finger over the plug hole the compression will almost blow it off the hole. I don't get and fire when I crank it over. Even when I put some gas right in the cylinder and then put the spark plug back it still won't pop. Any help would be greatly apreciated. Thank you.
