AL: I would not count on getting much waving rules at them in a crowd during an auction. They've make a living for years using their mouth to manipulate a crowd or just a couple of people. Buyer beware may be the best method? ..But you might check the web for some of the auctioneer schools and local and state agencies for regulating that business. Good luck. harvey
