I've searched the web, and I've found lots of auctioneering schools. I've also, found some state attorney general's sites. I haven't found what the rules are. One of you stated below about an auctioneer having to go down to accept a bid because he had ran it up with a phantom bidder. All I want to see is honesty. And if I can site page and paragraph to them I'll call them down and confront them in front of a crowd! Alarmed Al.
