Loader is a Model 730. You can buy manuals for the tractor & loader on this site. You can also check New Holland Technical publications. They aren't too high on some manuals but on others they are outrageous.
The cylinders aren't normally rebuildable but some cut them apart and replace the worn items and weld them back together. There are two versions: 1/2" rod and 5/8" rod. You may want to upgrade to the 5/8" rod with the loader. I think they are about $200 each.
You should also know the front end of a 2000 is fairly light duty for a loader though many are used as loader tractors. You might want to check the front axle for wear before doing much heavy lifting.
