Mike,thanks for the reply, I live out in the middle of the desert in N M and don't know if I could find any "dead" disc drives,where would I look for an old computer ,and is this the "power"unit of a computer. Mike,how big are these magnets,how high would you think the nails would "jump" up to be cought. I thought I'd make a unit about 24 to 30 inchs long with two small wheels ad a handle and mount the magnets (4 or 5) depending on the size of the magnets and just pull it around what do you think ??
