It all depends on the land, if the land is hilly and full of ditchs you don't want a high ground clearance tractor or a tractor that has the majority of the weight to one side. Those type of tractors are prone to tipping(which isn't fun). But if your land is flat that won't be a problem. I would suggest a 8n it has power and simplicity. It also is realitively inexpensive and with a 3-point hitch you will be able to find the kind of implements you want.
