Check the air pressure in the tank at the valve.The correct amount should be 2 psi less than your low pressure setting on the pressure switch.In other words if you have a 30/50 psi switch the bladder pressure should be 28 lbs.Or if you have a 20/40 psi switch the bladder pressure should be set at 18 lbs.You can check the bladder pressure with an automotive type tire guage.Before checking or adding air pressure,disconnect power to the pump and open a water spigot close to the tank.You can now check the pressure in the bladder.Add air as needed.If that solves the problem the bladder in the tank is probaly bad.The pressure info on the pressure switch is located on the bottom of the top cover.
