Jt - Actually those prices are national market "refinery" prices. Most terminal prices vary upward from those prices depending primarily on the distance the terminal is from the refinery (pipeline frieght). The prices from jobbers (bulk plants) in a given region vary primarily to the distance (truck frieght) from the terminal to the bulk plant of the jobber. Jobber wholesale consumer prices vary do to variances in delivery costs to its customer base. These extra costs are unique to particular terminals or jobbers.
