Also never got answer back does he go with you on your tractor searches etc and when you trying to sell tractors looking like that. It sure sounds like you to don't do much together but I hope I am wrong. I know if I had an employee with red hair it would really get the stares and not help my business reputation. FIRST IMPRESSIONS really effect business more than you realize. i have to really work at keeping my place cleaned up because of the daily in out traffic. It has made a hugh difference. Its no different than having metal hanging out of ears or tongue or your nose but you see that all time also. Its not for me good luck. If people can't take you as your were born then that is there problem yes,but I don't get adding to it just to get atttention.
