It definitely pays to keep that search going, especially when all else fails, something will turn up on e-bay. I think it took a few years to find one specific to my old rotary cutter, it's nothing complicated like that combine, but just one page out of that book turned out to be some real valuable information and I learned a few things, including the correct adjustment for the cutter, new blades and properly adjusted it was flinging big clumps of grass at me, cutting so much easier and uniformly, less strain for the tractor.
There are some books for equipment that I actually needed, and have also collected extras for re-sale later, that for the most part do not turn up in a search, due to the many ways they can be listed, you just have to root em out by hand which is a time consuming task, but usually worth it beacuse they do turn up often with a buy it now price on it, other times they draw some attention and the price goes way up.
