I live on a hilly 1.5 acres - lots of trees - little grass, lots of landscaping work to be done. I believe I need -low center of gravity -front loader (500+ lbs) -belly mower -hydraulics -3pt hitch -relatively large selection of attachements (things like log splitter, sickle bar, tiller - I assume that as long as their is a 3pt hitch with rear hydraulics(i know not all 3pts are alike) -no diesal ( I am familiar with gas engines) -ROPS or ability to add one -something easy to work on -large availability of parts to order -less than 5ft wide (have to go through a gate -oil pump becuase of the hill -good brakes - becuase of hill - something that my boys and I could rebuild to some degree I would like it working but not neccessarily in show room condition. Do not need automatic transmission any particular sized engine 4 wheel drive too spend a lot of money I basically will be doing mostly landscaping, digging, moving stuff etc. I have a lot of trees so mobility is also key. I was considering the Cub lowboy Ford n series Economy The garden tractors which I have now, are just too small to do most of the work that I need to do. TIA
