RiverRat hits the nail on the head...

The problem with a Ford N series: no live pto or hydraulics, which you wanted: I hear (no personal experience) that they like to tip over backwards in certain cases, which seems to be how you want to use it. Maybe a Ford 600 series would be a lot better. But still, any of these are going to be tough to use with both a belly mower & a front loader. It is a pain to switch those 2 implements. Some of the newer compacts have simplified this. And there is little support for roll bars in the older tractors, and liability issues keep anyone from trying to build one.

If you get a good diesel, you won't have to worry about working on the engine - it will outlast 1.5 acres by a large margin.

This is an old tractor forum, and I have & like old tractors, so I'm not talking you out of one - but a newer compact (on a compact you do want front wheel drive for a loader!) seems to fit the bill for you just perfectly.
