Answer to your second, I've only heard of one or maby two of the imports,from over seas, are shipped for the factory, with the Tornado already installed. I asked that same question from the guy at the parts counter, at the dealership, and that is what they told me. The North American Products, don't do that, because they want to make more money selling these parts. Sorry if there was some confussion. I agree. I have never heard of a vehicle getting 100 MPG.
