i have never had trouble either. The one half sheave is 44.95, and it has to be orders, so they charge another $4 for shipping. The bearing/hub assembly is 91$. If you bought the whole thing new, you'd have probably $200 wrapped up in it. I am currently looking for a used one. I really had no intentions on using that, but I wanted to see how strong jb weld really is (actually is not). A 3 foot drop onto concrete broke it back into 3 pieces. The biggest piece broke apart on the second drop.
