Give people a chance. Theres less than 3 hours between this message and the original. People have other things to do than sit in front of there computer and reply to messages all day. I don't know much about JD 60s, so I don't have anything to tell you about it, other than make sure the keys are still in the axle for the wheel hubs. If someone before you got it took a wheel or hub off to fix a flat, or something, the axle keys can come out, and fall on the ground un-noticed. without them, the axle turns inside the hub/wheel, and it doesn't move. only takes 1 missing. Otherwise, it sounds like something is wrong inside the transmission. Probably have to take it apart to find out.
