John Deere 60?

I posted this on the garden tractor board but am not really get any responses over there so here it is. I inherited and old John Deere 60 lawn tractor. Don"t know a thing about it. It is in good shape body wise, looks excellent, runs good too. But, it doesn"t move, put it in gear and nothing happens. Drive belt is on. Any guesses? I am not going to mow with this thing as I have a Kubota zero turn diesel. About when was it made and are they valuable?
