You're talking about one of my favorite tractors with a MF50. A loader that doesn't work is as much a liability as an asset. Zero value there. Alternator isn't original, so the generator driven tach probably doesn't work. That's an issue with some people. No charging system is an issue with most. Negative on that. Ok tires is a wash. Lift and pto work as expected, a plus. Is it power steering by chance? Gas or diesel? Standard utility or hi-arch? (28" or 38" rear wheels?) You have a tractor that sells good where I'm at. $4000+ in average to good condition. The negatives you mentioned drop it to $3000 to $3200 at the right time of year. (now) I've seen some advertised on YT's classifieds in other parts of the country at less than $3000 in decent shape. Not knowing your local market, anywhere from $2800 to $3200 would be a wild guess.
