I'm in need of some galvanized parts. Some 90 degree brackets, so shed door hinges, and a few other hardware parts. ALL of these new parts are are electroplated with zinc and rust within 2 years when explosed outside. They are a flippin joke. You guys have no idea how pissed off companies make me now a days. This throw away society will be the end of me!! Does anyone know of a site to purchase hot dipped galvanized hardware? I need a site that accepts money order or paypal. I want the good stuff. It's such a shame and so darn misleading when they call it galvanized and its got a .5 micron layer of zinc on it. Dad was telling me at work (hes an electrician), that when they bend some of the galvanized conduit that the plating crackes right off!!. This is right up there with permenantly lubricated motors and plastic bushings instead of bronze!!! Thanks for any help guys
