No fun getting hurt. It's tough on the rest of the family having to pitch in and help ontop of their regular duties. Worse yet if the injuries leave you crippled. Over doing it while healing damages the body just as much as no exercise. Going to be at least another month myself before getting the cast off. IF everything has healed up.
