Yesterday I replaced the pto clutch in my 8000. After I got it all back together. The 3 point, pto clutch, dual power etc. would not work. I thought I had lost my prime to the pump. Does anyone know how to prime it? I tried taking the filter off and dumping oil into pump, tried jacking one side of tractor up so more oil would flow to pump. I even tore the who this apart thinking I might of ruined the o-ring in the hydraulic pump that the suction hose connects too. I also packed some grease in the pump to help it prime. I got the arms to lift a little but it isn"t getting better. Anyone have any suggestions? Easy way to prime pump?? Could something else gone wrong?
