3 fuel screens to check...One inside the tank over the fuel intake, one at the output of the sediment bowl, and one at the connection to the carb. Take out the drain plug at the bottom of the float bowl...If all 3 of your screens are clean, you should get a good solid steady stream of gas coming out of there...If it stops flowing fairly quickly, your screens are clogged, or your float is sticking. The problem could also be at the ignition switch...use a jumper to bypass it. Those switches aren't really too robust.
