560,660,656,706 used the 282 engine .They did change the injectors to the IH midgets nozzles in the later 656 and 706 which you could put in the 560.The diesel pumps have different govenor settings and the size of the injecton head.These engines can run up to 2800 rpm in stock form and make 90hp and more with turbo.560 rated 60 hp at 1800 rpm,660 80 at 2400,656 63 at 1800,706 72 at 2300.Yes you can crank more HP out of it more fuel ,newer injectors ,more RPM, timeing and pump settings external and internal.
