Never pass up an old broken down barn!!!!!!!!!!!

I have lived every collectors dream in the last week. I went to do some bushogging for some folks the next county over. They bought a place at auction last October and with the warm weather wanted to get a jump on some clean up. I was enjoying a beautiful TN day(unseasonalbly warm day) and as I was taking my Oliver 1650 over the back pasture I kept noticing an old barn in the trees. I stopped and got off and made my way through the trees to the barn. It had part of the roof missing and was sagging on one end. As I went in I could not believe my eyes. There sat a Oliver 99 GM. It was all there but had rough sheet metal. I ran out and finished my work them called the folks who owned the place. I told them about the tractor and that I wanted to buy it. Since they lived out of state, they hadn't had time to really check all the older building on the property since it was bought as is. I offered 300 and they TOOK IT. Apparently they had no idea of its worth. Did I take advantage of them, or just hit the mother load? Never pass up an old barn I guess?!?!?!? I am going back next weekend to look through a couple of other sheds just in case!
