Its water. Drain it all out and let it drip as long as you can.Flush it out with some kerosene until the kero comes out clean. Then flush that out with the proper oil before refilling everything. You can use the lighter grade of John Deere HyGard in place of the ATF. The only difference is the HyGard will not have the red dye in it the ATF has. Check the oil after a few hours use.You may have to repeat the process a time or two. Covering the tractor with a cheap plastic tarp will keep this from happening again.
