Im looking at an Old Oliver Hart Parr. Im guessing early 30's. It is pretty rough. No cover over the exhaust. The only good thing is it is complete. I cant decide if I should keep it, Put it on ebay, part it out, or run away. It is only 2 blocks from my shop. If you email me I can send larger photos or you may be able to blow these up. Give me your opinion.
