thanks for replies . I have original parts book for it and i had called Little Giant in the past.Gears are no longer avail . Tried the Vendor who made the gears ,,, no luck . I priced getting new gears made very $$$$ . I am not looking at dumping $$ into new hydro parts .I was thinking along the lines of used drive motor off cement mixer drum . Seen old Mack mixer for $600 for whole mixer . Gotta be a way to "McGuyver" something up to make it work . But after 3 years of trying to find good gears , don't look good . The gears are beveled and the weak point in these machines. If they were adjusted once in awhile they'd last , but no one ever bother to adjust them and thus they get worn and start slipping . Every set I have found has had the same thing happen thanks Bryan
