Thanks Allen I did not get any codes off it. I will be there tomorrow again. I worked on it at night after we got it back to the house at midnight and I was running 20 hours without sleep so my brain was not thinking to grab all the facts. My father changed the pump the day before I got in to the area. I was away for 6 weeks working on the Great Lakes. Thanks for letting me know that there is no inertia switch. Yes, it does not have to be a fuel problem if the mixture is not right. adding fuel to help start it would would only "boost" the fuel/air ratio a bit just enough to help it start. I will stop thinking fuel problem and look at the whole picture when I get there tomorrow. Thanks for the insight and experience.
