Gosh it's nice to have folks like Shep around! The dealership was new to the idea of plugging one of those holes, but I insisted. Through a phone call and computer searching we found out to plug the top hole, the smaller one. Off to ACE hardware I went for a 3/8 in. flush plug. Threaded the hole, screwed in the plug, and put the tractor back together. Loader runs a bit slow for my tastes, but that's ok, it works! Thanks again.
