I agree with Jrry and ColoKen.. The seller is selling the tractor "As Is" If you are selling something Dirt Cheap, why go through the hassle of answering dozens of questions??? I sell some tools & other items as a hobby/sideline. It seems that the people that try to beat me down to the last cent, are the same ones that want a lifetime guarantee... This is a true story.. I was selling a bunch of machine-shop stuff at a flea market. I had a bucket of new 1/4 inch lathe tool bits. My price was less than 1/4th of retail.. This guy kept haggling... I finally gave him a handful, just to get rid of him... He had the nerve to ask for my name & address, so I could send him a "Refund", if he was not happy with them...
