What tractor do we want?

Help please. We have a small 16 acre farm in the nothern Waillamette Valey of Oregon.
We need a tractor with a front end loader, something to pull a manure spreeder, hall a hay wagon,
brush hog the weeds, and till our small garden.
We owned a 1940's MH with no 3pt pto. We are VERY CONFUSCED about what type, power et all
we want in a older used tractor. Any input would be appreciated. P.S. We are not gifted
mechanics. Thank You Candy
