Steve, OK it turns over and fires. Now WAS there coolant in the radiator? If not chances stand to reason that it will need attention! Just bank on needed rubber! (tires) Will need hoses, wires, and other rubber components. So if there was no antifreeze in it for the last 20 yrs, you all just put colant it it when ya'll fired it off then figire 3 to 400 for a rework. 1000 for tires bare minimum. 100 for belts, hoses, wires and other rubber compoents..... Offer 700-CASH but be prepared to go to 1100 to 1200-CASH,for above average tin. Hope this helps. Later, John A.
