What is the battery voltage while cranking? Also, try boosting it from another vehicle. Does it start quicker when there is more power available? Does it act like it's running rich on a hot start? A bad coolant sensor or intake air temp sensor will amke the 'puter think it's cold, and give it too much fuel, making it act like it's flooded.
