Before winter sets in? It isn't winter yet in Minnesota? Regular gas (no lead additive needed, but I like to put in some stabilizer if the gas will be sitting for several months). Regular motor oil 10w-30 should be fine. 90wt gear lube in the transmission (I think it takes about 11 gallons). Make sure you change the oil and trans when it's not too cold, any moisture in either will freeze and not drain out. It probably has an oil bath air cleaner that should have non-detergent 30wt motor oil in it, and the steering gear box might need to be filled with 90wt or thin grease.
