Tim, I guess you pretty much heard it all. I smoked close to 40 years now. Smoked three and a half packs a day up till three years ago. I got hooked on Kool Mentals when I was over seas was hard to find regular cigarettes in the PX. I had a heart attack and had bypass surgery done plus a bunch of other goodies done also. I spent 3 1/2 weeks in the hospital most of it I don"t even remember. They had me doped up so bad. I had a couple of cravings when I got home from the hospital, but shrugged it off. I think when someone talks about cigarettes and tells you should quit - to me that makes it harder to quit. I just don"t think about at all. I have some friends that smoke and they light one up in front of me when were standing there talking. I was surprized that it didn"t bother me as much as I thought it would. You have a lot of good suggestions out there today. I chew a lot of gum now it helps! Like the one gentalman said your food starts to tasting better and ya develope another problem -(weight). The main thing is quit before its to late. I for one can say the good lord gave me a secound chance so far I haven"t had one. It is easyer said than done. Are you the Tim that put the post of the Golden Years in the tractor form? If-n it was It fits me to the Tee!!!!! (LOL) I have a question I might post later. Hopefully I get an answer. Good luck stick with it! Doesn"t cost anything to try. Mike

It is also very apparent that these folks are getting a lot of very poor and often very dangerous advice fro
